Lady Crystal slip and fall injury.

Coast Guard Crews medevaced a man from the 65-foot Lady Crystal 34 miles southeast of Ketchikan, Alaska, Monday. After the 74 year old man fell, he was unresponsive and was going in and out of consciousness.The man was safely transported to Ketchikan where awaiting emergency medical services personnel took him to Peace Health Ketchikan Medical Center.
