Injury At Sea was started by Thomas C. Evans. Mr. Evans has been practicing maritime law since 1975, and began his maritime-related work as a longshoreman on the docks of Seattle in 1964. H.L. George Knowles is a partner with Injury At Sea and an experienced maritime attorney. Mr. Knowles’ background includes time as a crab boat owner/operator as well as a maritime attorney.
